Dr. Andrew Wideman is a mid-Michigan native who first discovered his passion for the health sciences as a junior in high school when he took his first anatomy and physiology class. He decided to pursue an Associates Degree in Nursing and graduated in 2005 from Baker College of Owosso. He worked as a Registered Nurse for nine years as a direct patient care nurse and charge nurse. During his time working in nursing, Dr. Andrew realized a desire to address the root cause of his patients’ health concerns rather than simply treating them while they were ill.
Around this time, Dr. Andrew discovered chiropractic and began to ponder how training as a chiropractor could help him further his goal to help as many people as possible to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Andrew and his family spent four years in Marietta, Georgia, while he attended Life University to earn a Doctorate of Chiropractic and he graduated in September 2018. He has also received additional training in Webster technique for pregnancy adjusting, pediatric chiropractic, extremity adjusting, and the Torque Release Technique. Dr. Andrew is excited to bring quality chiropractic care to the whole family, but especially enjoys working with infants, children, and pregnant people.
Dr. Andrew has been married to his wife Rachel since 2008, and they have three children: Caleb, Amity, and Susanna, all of whom have been benefited greatly from chiropractic adjustments and natural parenting practices. In his free time, he enjoys woodworking, cooking, and going camping with his family.
